CoConstruct is a cloud-based construction -management tool that helps builders and remodelers coordinate projects, communicate with clients, and control financials—from a desktop, tablet, or mobile app. With the technology, builders can manage estimates, client selections, proposals, change orders, invoices, bids, budgets, timesheets and mobile timeclock management, schedules, purchase orders, client and trade communication, leads, jobsite logs, warranty requests, and more. While the system can handle bi-directional syncs with QuickBooks, it also stands out due to its financial management and communication capabilities. In the past year, it has focused on adding more features that centralize project financials, such as invoicing and a cost catalog. Builders can also create, edit, and view full details of a sent change order from mobile devices.
