Projectmates version 14.5 is a construction project management suite of tools that provide plan scheduling, document management, workflow management, contract management, capital funds management, bid tracking and estimating, reporting, and dashboards.

The new smartphone apps provide the ability to access construction documents and drawings, upload job-related pictures, create RFPs (requests for proposals), create field reports, manage punchlists, update the schedule, and manage and use contact directories.

A user-specific “My Work” screen provides pending and outstanding work items across projects.

Systemates provides Web-based project collaboration software and has more than 50,000 users in retail, real estate development, education, and government organizations and industries.
