Previous Constructech 50:
Beginning back in 2009, DeWayne Adamson bootstrapped Pantera Global Technology to provide construction management tools for the market. The company started by providing integrated plan room solutions, and its offerings have exploded in the past few years.
Since that time, the market has changed—and so too has Pantera Global Technology. As the flood of apps transcended on the market, the company continues to enhance its software to meet the needs of the industry.
Today the technology company offers an integrated plan room, invitation to bid, prequalification, contractor directory including the verified network, document management, resource allocation scheduler, and much more for general contractors. It also offers directories and networks for subcontractors as well.
Pantera Global Technology is even expanding its business and offering tools for project owners and developers, including bid document management, plan distribution tracking, and contractor and subcontractor qualifications.
However, it goes beyond this. As the technology company claims, it is more than just a product, rather the organization consists of a team of construction-loving tech nerds.
This shows in the tech that is being developed at Pantera Global Technology. In the past year alone, it has launched the RFI (request for information) Tool and Beta Daily Reports, created integration with other construction management software, created a Submittal Tool, and debuted a new app.
At the same time, the company delivers on its promises. Today, the company offers solutions for general contractors, subs, and project owners and developers. Expect this trend to continue in the future. Adamson has his eye on creating a comprehensive product for the construction industry, which will significantly lower costs.
