Constructech Best Team of the Year Awards?
This workforce crisis is far too big for any one entity to address on its own. This mission with these awards is to transform the workforce for the construction industry within infrastructure, heavy highway, residential, and commercial that leverages emerging technologies as well as skills required for craft positions to solve the construction workforce shortage.

We seek to emphasize that education is essential for all and to help individuals determine their pathways for education, thus driving value for all partners who seek to strengthen their skills based on whatever the necessary education.

Best Team by Region Award
The Best Team of the Year Award by Region, recognizes one company within each industry in infrastructure, heavy highway, residential, and commercial.  It will honor the companies that demonstrate diverse entrepreneurship and accelerate America’s workforce.
(Four in total, by segment)

  • Midwest: within the Heartland; these awards will target Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Ohio, Minnesota, Missouri, Michigan, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin
  • Northeast: New England; Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania
  • South: Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, District of Columbia, West Virginia, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Tennessee Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas
  • West: Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington

Educational Program Award
The Best Team of the Year Award Education Program recognizes a college, trade school, or university for their programs for addressing the industry’s talent crisis by encouraging the education and development of the construction workforce within their individual programs.

Individual Ideas Award
The Best Team of the Year Award Individual Ideas Award address the talent crisis recognizing a High School that creates ideas and fosters new thinking to encourage a student to enter the field of construction to improve efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost savings for the construction industry. This award will open new opportunities to provide companies potential candidates that will inspire change within tomorrow’s construction workforce.

Lifetime Achievement Award
The Best Team of the Year Award Lifetime Achievement recognizes an individual who has dedicated his/her life to training, recruiting, and educating, construction professionals. This individual has focused on new ways to spark construction to become more productive.
